Monica was very friendly and helpful at check in. She showed us around and aswered all our questions.
The chalet is perfect, comfortable, spotless and with the perfect view. It provides everything you need and more.
The WiFi is very week and barely works. Monica did warn us about it right away. We did ask if the TV works and she was very upfront by saying that due to internet signal, it might not work. We would not usually care but due to the fact that we wanted to see the World Cup semifinal, it was disappointing that we could not watch (not even on Rai 1).
