The panorama and the atmosphere around the house was fantastic: perfect view of the Nassfeld ski resort. The host was very friendly and understanding.

1. the accommodation is more like a 'lager' as the 4 teenager kids could be stayed in 1 room only (parents had nice bedroom though) 2. the house was full with personal stuffs (old toys, cleaning equipment, parts, boxes etc.) 3. many foundational parts of the house e.g. cloth-hangers were broken and replaced by pins and screws -or completely missing) so the overall feeling was more like modest rather than 'grandma'-feeling as it was announced. (at least my grandparents were better people of taste). The bathroom in the 1st floor was dirty and the sewage was flowing out of the bath.... 4. it was definitely not cleaned up (spider webs in many places, dirt on the floor and inside the drawers, and wardrobes so couldn't put out our clothes from the luggage) 5. all of the above is particularly disappointing as there are many fees added to the bill: towel fee + sheet fee + cleaning fee

There was everything you need in the apartment. Kitchen fully equipped, it was warm there, host was very nice and there was beautiful view. The price-quality ratio is very good!

This is not a minus, but when you go there, you should know it is lockated on the hill and the road is very winding.

My family has fallen in love with this relaxing place, enjoyed clean, spacious and comfortable apartment, pristine nature all around, barbecues in the garden, and perfect mountain views towards Nassfeldpass. Hosts were perfect, all our requests were fulfilled. We will come back for sure.

Eines der Zimmer war ein Durchgangszimmer zur Toilette und Wohnzimmer, das hätte in der Beschreibung erwähnt werden sollen. Ansonsten alles Top 🔝😉

Wir hatten eine tolle Skiwoche mit family and friends und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

der große Aufenthaltsraum für die gesamte Gruppe, ausreichend Geschirr und Küchenutensilien, bequeme Betten. Neue, saubere und zweckmäßige Badezimmer und Küchen.

Ein separates WC wäre schön gewesen, da wir aber eine urlaubserprobte Truppe sind, stellte es kein großes Problem dar. Die Anreise zum Haus könnte bei entsprechenden Schneeverhältnissen aufwändig werden.
