Fantastic host with perfect English who offered ski boots to my son made our stay special.

The host was absolutely fantastic! She was extremely helpful the whole time, spoke perfect English, and even kindly offered ski boots to my son. That personal touch made us feel so welcome — I was really very happy and it turned our stay into something special.

The only small thing I wasn’t happy with was the poor internet connection.

Too many rules......

Welcoming Beer at the fridge, great view, parking on site.fair price. About the house rules now. Every guest is a paying customer and not a cleaning service.If you want to have rules like this we found written in the room (pick up, separate and dump the trush, wash the plates and put them back in the cabins, ect. OR you are going to charge an Extra 50euro fee for cleaning) you must mention it at the booking site so people knows that you are looking for a housekeeper before they make a reservation to Vital apartments.....Please also check out the negatives below......

Many stairs, no elevator, insects in the bathroom, shower hard to use, old TV set with decoder, old furniture , check out at 09 30, No light at the door - we had a hard time to find it at night, no soundproofing, Too many rules.....

We stayed one night . Very well located on the way to Belgium . Just pay attention at google maps which will show you wrong exit . The small town is pretty and surrounding area is amazingly green and has fresh air .

Odličan smještaj za kraći odmor, jako čisto!

Čistoća besprijekorna premda je apartman/zgrada starijeg izdanja, domaćini uslužni i na raspolaganju, dočekali su nas i pomogli odnijeti stvari u apartman. U objektu puno dodatnog sadržaja, od kompletne kuhinje na raspolaganju za kuhanje, izim čajne u apartmanu. Soba sa društvenim igrama i sadržajima u podrumu i na zadnjem katu. Grijači pancerica... i sve što je potrebno za skijanje. Parkiralište za automobile uvijek očišćeno od snijega. Ako ste nešto zaboravili npr. fen, šapon, deterđen, wc papir,... sve je dostupno. Ništa nije nedostajalo. Kupaona je prostrana. Lokacija odlična za skijanje od svih skijališta (4 skijališta) udaljeno cca 10 min do najudaljenijeg 30 min (Obertauren) vožnje.

Topla voda je čista enigma ima je ali ponekad na kratko nestane...

Man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben.

Wir waren über Silvester mit zwei Familien und einem Hund in diesem Hotel und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Für unseren Hund wurde eine einmalige zusätzliche Reinigungsgebühr von 50 Euro berechnet, was wir absolut fair finden – wir haben andernorts schon deutlich höhere Beträge bezahlt. Ein echtes Highlight war der Jahreswechsel: Das Hotelpersonal hat eine kleine, sehr gemütliche Silvesterfeier im hauseigenen Keller organisiert, die für alle Gäste kostenlos war – inklusive alkoholischer Getränke. Eine wirklich schöne und großzügige Geste, die den Aufenthalt besonders gemacht hat. Das gesamte Personal ist ausgesprochen herzlich, freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Fragen oder Anliegen wurden sofort ernst genommen. Ein kleines Problem in unserem Zimmer wurde umgehend repariert, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, besonders für Familien, die Skifahren möchten. Das nächste Skigebiet ist nur etwa 10 Minuten entfernt, zum Katschberg fährt man rund 15 Minuten und Obertauern erreicht man in ca. 30 Minuten. Zudem bietet das nur wenige Minuten entfernte Sankt Michael im Lungau eine große Auswahl an guten Restaurants. Insgesamt ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt mit viel Herz, gutem Service und einer tollen Lage. Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekt zur Übernachtung auf einer Fahrt auf der Tauernautobahn

Sehr gute Lage und sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für eine Übernachtungsunterbrechung einer Autofahrt über die Tauernautobahn. Sehr nette, unkomplizierte und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Sie hätten ja eigentlich gar nicht dort sein müssen, da wir nur abends kamen und morgens abgefahren sind. Sehr zuvorkommend. Wasserhahn in einem unserer beiden Appartments nicht richtig funktioniert, aber nicht so schlimm.

Googlemaps hat uns über die Service-Ausfahrt der Autobahnpolizei geleitet. Dies ist kein öffentlicher Weg und per Schranke verschlossen. Korrekter Weg ist über Ausfahrt St. Michael im Lungau (in Südrichtung die nächste Ausfahrt, in Nordrichtung leider vor der falschen und erste Wendemöglichkeit erst nach dem Tauerntunnel (ca. 20km eine Richtung)!!. (Das ist natürlich überhaupt nicht der Unterkunft anzukreiden, sondern Googlemaps, ich habe jedoch nicht herausgefunden, wie man Googlemaps darüber informiert).

Привітний, дружелюбний персонал, швидке заселення. Неймовірно чисто в номері, є все необхідне: посуд, холодильник, мікрохвильова піч, плита, чайник. В холодильнику було дві пляшки пива, що дуже приємно здивувало.

В душі ніяк налаштувати комфортну для себе температуру води, або дуже гаряча, або холодно, наче все працює, але не змішується
