A beautiful serene setting, well appointed rooms with full kitchens and lovely outdoor terrace. Very happy with the free electric bikes and the kind receptionist setting up the barbeque for us ( though we couldn't work it out in the end). The staff were very accommodating and the location and gardens really gorgeous.
It was a bit weird that the bed was set up from the sofa ( which meant you didn't have a sofa to sit on). The room was not well sound proofed as I was kept awake by the people upstairs stomping about and dragging chairs etc. The wellness / sauna was lovely and great that you could book a private slot but the spa / jacuzzi was not clean and it needed an overhaul as was falling apart in places.

The location is perfect, right across the river within a walking distance to a walkjng path next to the river.
You can easily derive from there to all attractions in the valley.
The team was super friendly and helpful accommodating us to the room as soon as we arrived despite being before the check-in time.

Emplacement idéal, à seulement quelques pas de la Soca. Le studio est neuf et très bien équipé (climatisation, WiFi, lave vaisselle, four, plaques à induction, lave linge, etc.), avec une petite terrasse agréable pour prendre son petit-déjeuner ou se reposer sur un transat. Je recommande cet hôtel pour ceux qui voudraient s'assurer du calme tout en restant à proximité de la zone plus touristique de Bovec. Le personnel est adorable et très serviable, et peut s'occuper de réserver toutes sortes d'activités pour vous (kayak, canyoning, etc.). Nous avons également eu de très bons conseils pour des itinéraires rando dans le coin, ainsi que pour des restaurants locaux de qualité. Le panier de produits locaux offert à l'arrivée est également un super cadeau ! Nous n'avons pas profité du sauna, du jacuzzi ou du barbecue en libre service, mais l'option existe pour ceux qui le souhaitent.

Lack of side tables by bed, plug in sink didn’t work, difficult to access safe without getting on hands and knees, no place to put luggage - bench or portable luggage holders would have helped, champagne in fridge nice but some milk would have been useful for tea and coffee. Cooking facilities were good but a small microwave would be useful.
