Excellent if not accompanied with someone aged below 21

Very nice and clean Spacious room. Beautiful sunset from our room which was opposite to the marina. Good breakfast and staff was extremely nice and helpful Excellent matcha served on the 75th floor, the best in Dubai for me.

Age restrictions for many facilities: one restaurant and two swimming pools are not allowed for under 21. I was with a 15 year-old boy so we were restricted. I have found unfair that he was treated in the same way as a toddler. Swimming pools are in the shade during early afternoon. Food service on the beach is extremely slow. I don't recommend the Pepe restaurant. It is located in the hotel although it seems that it is not managed by the hotel. The service was horrible

Fantastic stay in a gorgeous hotel, located on JBR with everyone making sure you have a lovely time.

I love that it was modern/new, everything has been well thought through in terms of the rooms and the facilities. It is one of the best hotels we have stayed in and we have stayed in a lot of very nice hotels!

The only thing I didn’t like was having to use the i-pad to control the lights, i prefer light switches that you can find in the middle of the night.

Amazing

Wow! The hotel is stunning. The rooftop pool is a dream and we spent a lot of our holiday relaxing there. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern and the breakfast was delicious. We opted for half board, and there were plenty of restaurants to pick from to ensure we were never bored. We had an amazing stay, we hope to come back soon!

Wonderful hotel

Almost everything, perfect location, amazing views, friendly helpful staff. Unique swimming pool on the 77 floor.

Just one thing - there was dust on one section of the fabric wall panels that probably formed from the air conditioner and which was not cleaned during my stay

Every aspect of our stay was perfect. The staff were all fantastic and went above and beyond, nothing was too much to ask. The hotel is stunning and kept immaculately clean. The decor of the hotel is beautiful. Cannot find any faults on our stay

Beautiful hotel but I don’t like the people it attracts.

The decor of the hotel is extremely beautiful. It feels so luxurios. Big rooms, with beautiful interior, hotel has beautiful interior as well. Clean and friendly staff. Everywhere smells nice especially lobby. Dinner buffet was very good.

People can smoke everywhere, even in pools. We couldn’t stay in the rooftop pool without the smell of cigarettes so we ended up in the family pool even tough we don’t have kids and could’ve stayed in the adults only but the type of people the hotel attracts which is party people, who smoke everywhere is not our crowd, so we preferred to stay in the family pool.

Perfection. Exceptional. Elegant. Modern. Very welcoming.

Everything. Faultless. My third stay here and 12th stay in Dubai. Food especially breakfast has improved. Dinner buffet amazing. Lunch options amazing. I’ve put on 3kg of extra weight in the 11 days I been here. Special mention to Merlin and duty night manager when we arrived who resolved our issues promptly. Huge shout out to Khaled housekeeping manager who added that extra touch to make us feel very welcome and very comfortable. Teddy in housekeeping went the extra mile to make my son’s birthday extra special. Enjoyed our stay so much we extended our trip as couldn’t get enough of the hotel.

You need to replace the pool towels they have become really dated.

Brilliant hotel , brilliant staffs but food is pulling it down.

The hotel itself is brilliant and has some very very energetic and friendly staff including subarjit ,Thahish The location is good , the lobby is lively.room is clean and room service is very first and friendly.

Only poor thing about this hotel is breakfast. Over the course of the years I stayed some tips hotels across dubai and other parts of the world and I must say the choice and taste would be bottom of all those. The break option is very limited , unlike other 5 star hotels no egg stations there but you can order through the waiter. But the problem is even if you say how you would like something to be cooked by the time it reaches to the chef it becomes a disaster . I stayed 4 night , tried to get it right for 3 days in a row , last day I gave up .It’s shame such a beautiful hotel and brilliant staffs but the food choices are extremely limited and absence of taste is heartbreaking. The management should review other competitors and their offerings for breakfast. Apart from this Go ahead it’s a brilliant hotel.

Did not meet my expectations in many dimensions. The reality is not what the marketing promises.

There is just one reason to go into this hotel - the roof top pool and bar. It only makes sense for couples w/o children. Besides that thre is no reason to stay in this hotel for the price which is being asked.

The Hotel is marketing seaview rooms as well as "marina view" rooms. "Marina View" is a deception - there is no marina view, there is a view on an industrial complex. The check in experience was a deasaster - check in took 30 mins and I got a terrible room which I had to change. The staff seems to be untrained respectively stressed - there is a constant "tension" - I was very negatively surprised.

Terrible

I had my Rolex stolen within the private access area of the beach and didn’t really feel like I was helped. Police were called yesterday there hotel said they didn’t have cctv footage. Big mess. Scarred from staying at the hotel. Never again

It's amazing, unique, and completely new. It exceeded my expectations!

Everything was okay except the price increased significantly when I wanted to extend for a couple more days.
