Location good ,Breakfast good, room was comfortable and very clean

Booked an evening meal waited 45 minutes + for food, after putting in order had to ask for drinks waiting staff were untrained in customer service clearing tables .Witnessed on a few occasions on tables set for 2/3 it took 3 journeys to clear 1 table and they seemed to disappear into kitchen area for 3-5 minutes .We would have had another evening meal with your Selves but due to 45minutes wait for fish & chips and a burger we used an alternative restaurant , restaurant some of the staff need to be retrained {James and Victoria was fine } disappointed.

Good location for our reunion weekend. Very comfortable big double bed and airy comfy room with a great shower. Friendly welcoming staff and good breakfast.

Having to pay for parking seemed unusual for a hotel like this. We were disappointed there were no bottles of water in the room fridge.

Easy to get too, good parking amazing staff, good layout

Shower didn’t drain, so flooded the floor. Had to keep turning off every few seconds. Towels are not usually hotel quality, cheap beds and bedding. Not as clean as I would have expected. It’s more down to the keepers rather than the hotel, seemed like they had rushed the room and likely never cleaned.
