    Hotel was lovely, clean and very close too the airport, rooms was nice and clean, compact, most staff was very friendly expect one lady, she wasn't rude to us but we heard some very offensive comments she made to her fellow colleagues, the way she spoke and the manner was disgusting and one comment was pretty racial to one gentleman who was on the bar, apart from that the stay was lovely

    Been using this hotel since it opened. It’s taken a hammering. Rooms are great for solo traveller but too small for couples.

    It’s a modern hotel at a great location for Manchester airport and Manchester train station with great breakfast. Be aware of cold, arrogant and not friendly customer service. Hotel may be modern outside, but needs to update its mindset for customer service as well. Had to wait more than 5 mins waiting to be seated in front of the restaurant, and no one talked to me even they saw me standing there. I was looking and asking, finally the front host talked to me and said kitchen just closed. It’s obviously they don’t care about customer, rejecting, and no customer service. Later on I talked to the staff who sit near the check in. Even though he did apologize, but felt not sincere, and just want to get things over by offering a card to redeem a free drink. I did not take it and I don’t believe that can make things right whenever they use the excuse of busyness and bad customer service occurred.
