Staff very helpful and friendly
Breakfast was chaos- there was an event the night before which made breakfast very difficult. The hotel need to re-think their process and staffing for when they have a lot of people. Breakfast wasn’t good enough- a huge queue for the buffet, nowhere to sit down, ran of orange juice, ran out bread, coffee machine broken, lack of cutlery and only one person making the cooked breakfast. The management could easily have foreseen how busy it would be and taken measures to stagger the times for guests, delay check out by an hour to prevent everyone turning up between 9am and 10am or increasing serving staff.
