Not a bad adventure.

Clean, easily accessible

The pool was not operational, the entrance is rough for a lower sitting vehicle, after check in/out NO visible staff.

Good hotel once I found it.

I arrived after dark, and the location was hard to find. I passed the street 2 times and had to turn around. The sign was short and hard to see. The door in room 212 to the bathroom needed to be shortened as it drug the floor in the bathroom and would not close. There was no table to sit at, and the room had only one chair which was at the desk.

Good plane to stay overall

Spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Everything was clean and well kept.

The shower and sink in bathroom had barely lukewarm water, certainly not hot. Apparently there is a vent flap above the bathroom vent that banged loudly all night with the wind.

It was fine. Only there for 13 hours.

Location was good. Near the distilleries. Really good ice machine.

Staff not quick to come out for an night check in. No sheets or pillows for the pull out couch. We had to go down and get sheets but they were out of pillows. How are you out of pillows?? A bit pricey for a Sunday night.

Meets the basic needs of a holiday inn Room size and layout are nice.

Bathroom cleaning is needed. Shower needs cleaned with toothbrush and bleach on outside and inside.

The breakfast area was very clean n orderly.

The breakfast was served from 6:30 to 9:00, my husband an I came down between 7:30 n 8:00. The food that was offered as a hot or warm serving actually was cold. The food was served in chafing dishes, but as far as we could tell there was no way for keeping the food warm to hot. It was still eatable, because we were hungry, but not at all tasty. Might be a good idea to find a way to keep the food warm when offering this as an option.

There was no one at the front desk often. Therefore it took awhile to check in when he finally showed up. Not very accommodating. No pully system in the gym. Also, no one was to be found when I was trying to buy a Coke. Ended up leaving the money on the desk.

The rooms were roomy and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was sooo good!

The young man at the front desk wasnt very friendly at all. The pool room was really hot, and there were unsupervised teens horseplaying around little kids

Super clean. Large room. Seemed brand new. Breakfast bar was exceptional! Best breakfast bar at a hotel in a long time. They actually had egg white omelets and turkey sausage, so for the first time I was able to get protein at breakfast. Not to mention the warm, soft cinnamon rolls!!

New facility, well kept rooms.

The lock on the door would not align with the jam, fortunately, I was able to speak to the owner of the hotel as he was attending other business and was kind enough to open the gym so I could get some water, I told him of the mis alignment and have no doubt it will be attended to, his disposition and interest was genuine.
