Nice Hotel, good balance price/quality

Family trip, nice hotel. The service was very good, we felt very welcome and there was a Pickelball court that my kids appreciated a lot. Rooms are nice, and space is nice. Good relation between price and quality

I spent the night before in a different hotel at the same price point and lets just say this. I wont be staying anywhere else the next time I come for a visit. Friendly staff, CLEAN rooms, and cost is appropriate for the value.

Overall a good stay, but bring earplugs if placed in a room by the bar!

The property was in a good location and the room itself was comfortable and clean.

We were put in a room right next to the bar, so the volume was quite loud. The staff was also very neutral (not rude but not friendly).

A waste of time if you need an accessible room and are truly disabled

Location and cleanliness

Bed in accessible room was too high. ADA requires the bed to be no high than 23 inches high. The bed there was 30 inches high. Location your teeth of the soaps and shampoos was directly above the shower bench, which was a bad location.. sink was not accessible had to turn sideways to brush

Very nice and cozy . My fiancé and I loved it !!

It was in a very good location , easy to get to. It had a very nice appearance . The staff was very courteous , professional and accommodating !! The rooms were very nice , clean and very roomy.

Not really anything other than it didn’t have towel racks to hold the hand and shower towels.

Liked the theme of the hotel while traveling through Kentucky and visiting the Bourbon trail. Friendly staff, nice to have a breakfast, comfortable bed, and not far from downtown.

It was a very cute, small, boutique feeling hotel. The lobby area is very thoughtfully designed with a bourbon trail feel. Very clean, nicely decorated, great breakfast and bar. Convenient location to main attractions and good value.

Good value for the money and clean rooms!

The breakfast was good and the attendant kept everything stocked. We visited the bar and the bar tender was excellent. He took the time to explain what was in some of the drink options offered. Our room was clean. Overall a good value.

The pillows on the beds were small. And where our room was located (near an exit), people kept going in and out during the night until well into the early hours of the morning. We heard the door open and close every time.

Sound proof the floors. We were on the first floor and had a 10,000 step walker above us. I don’t know why or how someone walks between the bed and bathroom that many times at 7am.

It was a fine but not as good as the first three times I’ve stayed there.

I’ve stayed here three other nights and really like it here.

The room (201) smelled like a greasy old man stayed there before me. Did not smell clean like the last three nights I’ve stayed here. I was super disappointed but too tired to worry about it. Would hate to see this place start going down hill. I’ll be in Bardstown often over the next 6 months and would like to stay here every time, but not if this happens again. The smell was disgusting and it seemed like the room was not cleaned very well either.
