The main reason for staying at a hotel is to have a comfortable bed to sleep in and these were not it.

Clean

Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Continental breakfast staff didn’t keep up with fresh food and cleaning the area as it was busy and a lot of items didn’t get replenished in a timely manner.

It was ok. But, general maintenance and room upkeep is lacking

Close and convenient to everything in Bardstown. Decent breakfast every morning. Lobby was clean and welcoming.

We were put in a handicapped equipped room that wasn’t the most convenient. The shower drain is not engineered correctly, so when you shower, the water flows over most of the bathroom floor. We consistently had to use towels to stop the water from going out into the hotel room. On our third day we asked for more towels when the cleaning lady knocked on our door asking if we needed anything, and she responded, “We have no clean towels at the moment, but I’ll mark your room down for towels when we have some clean.” Our bathroom door didn’t close when we arrived to our room. We asked the front desk to fix it, and she seemed inconvenienced to have to help guests since her maintenance person was not available. And, outside of a desk, there was not much furniture in our room. We had one tiny end table and that was it. Not really equipped for two adult travelers.

Very convenient location, in a quiet retail area. Nearby tracks and train whistle did not disturb our stay.

In bathroom, wallpaper was buckled at base of bathtub. This property is only four (4) years old. Breakfast offerings were good.

Location great close to all the attractions . Staff super helpful and friendly . Very clean rooms, staff brought me non-feathered pillows right away. Breakfast was good and they kept it fully stocked.

Exercise room…..add a tv so you can watch it while running or hook up the machines to the cable. Beds not the most comfortable very firm. Air conditioner seems to shut off in the middle of the night, not sure if that was user error, haha.

Continental breakfast? There was no coffee, no anything everything was empty, and or out of. It was only 8:20 on a Sunday and we were told they wouldn't be making any more of anything.
