The food was amazing, great value as breakfast was included. We also had dinner in the tavern restaurant and the bar; food was wonderful and staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the live music they had on a Thursday night.
Parking can be limited, but we made it work.

Big room with great view onto the main square. The breakfast. The historical significance of the site. The excellent restoration after a horrific fire. The friendly, helpful staff.
The plastic/paper cups in the room. An establishment like this should only use glass.

Location is great, and like everyone else comments, so is the staff!
Our shower had near-zero hot water. Neither one of us was able to take a hot shower, which honestly we find ridiculous in any decent hotel.
