I would stay again

The security was great . Cameras everywhere lighting in parking lot was wonderful. Room was spacious and clean

Housekeeping needs a little tweaking. No Body wash in shower even after cleaning had to ask for it . Didn't restock coffee cups after cleaning. Other than that it was a GREAT STAY

A toilet lid would be nice

The staff is always super friendly. The location is wonderful. The breakfast is fine.

The water pressure was terrible during our stay. I could hardly wash my hair and every shower took over 15 mins because you could hardly rinse off. I hate the fact they dont have toilet lids. I know that sounds stupid but I almost dropped my makeup in the toilet multiple times! The lack of variety for the breakfast makes it tough when staying a few days.

I booked a 2 queen bed room and was not given that room type. I called the front desk and was told this has happened before with booking.com I was then told I couldn’t complain until the manager was back on Monday. If this has happened before, then no one is taking responsibility to fix it.

You can tell the place is fairly new. Everything inside and out is very nice. The staff was nice and so were the people that we met each evening out at the fire pits. They had the hot breakfast, which was also pretty good.

My only actual complaint was the maid service forgot to leave cups for the bathroom and coffee maker. Other than that, no issues.

Was surprised they added a $25.00 fee at check in and didn’t bother to tell or ask me about, just put it on my credit card. I was surprised that they didn’t clean the rooms except every few days and I had to ask for towels several days. Toilet paper was also scarce.

Friendly staff, everyone just so friendly! Was very clean, updated. If there's anything you need they're happy to help rather it be extra towels or if you have questions.. very much enjoyed our stay here!! Will definitely be back, and will recommend! They have plenty of breakfast options if you choose to have the buffet breakfast. If you want something lighter they have yogurt, some fruit... Or make yourself a waffle. So I did like there being some options. The fitness room is very nice for a hotel! Enjoyed the treadmill during workout. It's a nice quality one, runs smoothly! Just everything! As someone who uses to do reviews as a job, I give it 5 stars! Can't wait to visit Bardstown again to stay at this hotel. Reasonable pricing for a nice, clean, updated hotel that includes breakfast - can't be at it!!
