Haggerston Castle 6 Berth Caravan - Riverside 37

The caravan was very spacious. The location was excellent as it was not too far to walk to the main complex and facilities, but far enough to benefit from peace and quiet. There was parking next to the caravan. I was impressed with the free wifi, our signal was always strong and did not drop out at all. The main bathroom with shower was spacious and the caravan also had an additional W.C. Which if very useful when there is someone using the shower. All rooms are comfortable and fully equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen area also included an air fryer, which wasn’t on the list of facilities. The fridge also had a small freezer compartment. Booking was so easy. The communication was excellent and my queries had very quick and informative responses. A full informative email with lock box details, good clear directions for the caravan location and a reminder of what we needed to bring was received well in advance of our booking date. I would definitely recommend this caravan/property.

I can’t think of anything we did not like about the property. We were very impressed and comfortable.

Some facilities were not always open , could not go swimming as often as we would have liked.

Virtually everything worked.the wife loved the cooker and i found the shower very refreshing The seating area was marvellous and double bed was comfortable.home from home really we wers both very surprised.oh yes everything very clean and working.a great time ws had by us both This would suit a family right down to the ground.bye now.

The shop was beyond expensive.nothing else really.

Very easy instructions on how to enter and leave.

When we arrived all the furniture and cushions that made up the sofa were in piles. Everything needed to be assembled and arranged before we could settle in. Also the bowl in the sink was very greasy, I put it outside rather than spend time cleaning it . Also a minimum amount of loo roll was left. We also found the van to be very close to the neighbours and felt obliged to keep the curtains and windows closed most of the time.
