Never again and so awful that Booking. com have this on their website.

No breakfast

The place was dirty, there were no cleaning materials or bathroom soaps and very little toilet roll. Also, everything about the apartment was mean. Many of the lights had no no bulbs. Just awful,

large but very modest apartment on the Swiss border

just on the border with Switzerland, very close to the tramway (so if you prefer staying in the EU and just visiting CH it very convenient) large appartment parking space behind the building

old furniture, no TV, the whole building deserves some renovation very basic equipment in the kitchen, practically impossible to cook The front door lock doesn't seem very trustworthy Very strong weed odour at the apartment floor

Convenient location

Good location and decent value. The tram to Basel is a 7 minute walk. Owners were very responsive to any questions and they provided most of what you need throughout the apartment.

The strong smell of weed in the hallways of the building. It's not brilliantly lit on that road when coming back in the dark either.

Good budget accommodation nearby to Basel

Owner personally handed over the keys and showed us around in the apartment. Communication was fast and easy through booking.com message system. Bakery, convenient shop is around the corner, such as bus stop for line 604. The terminal of tram line 11 is about 7-10 minute walk, making travel to Basel city centre/Basel SBB hassle free.

due to personal key hand over, the process is less flexible, one has to plan a bit. The kitchen could be more equipped. With the given kitchen tools and cutleries, hardly no meals can be prepared.

Amazing flat + host!

The flat is way better than what it seems in the photos: the rooms are big and clean, the kitchen has everything a person needs, and the bathroom has a good shower and washing machine. It is perfectly located in the border of France, which makes it affordable if you want to travel to Switzerland. The host is the most amazing part: he helped us with everything we needed! Definitely made our stay better.

We could ear a lot of noise on the outside from constructions and planes.

noise from recycling on Friday morning - on weekend there was no recycling noise neighbours were a little loud ( talking) and could sometimes be heard table and chairs in kitchen were flimsy and one was broken

Cheap place near the Swiss border

Good localization, just a few minutes walking from the Swiss border. Good bakery and some shops nearby. Free parking space next to the building. Pretty spacious with a washing machine and all other basics. The host came 5 minutes after I called we were in front of the building.

Basically, the apartment wasn't cleaned properly. There was rubbish in the bin, some breadcrumbs on the tables, used-up cleaning cloth hanging on the radiator, that kind of stuff. Also, the seating couch was remarkably uncomfortable. And everything looked a bit used up.

Good option for a quick stop over

- The apartment was one of the cheapest options on our trip - Collecting the key was super easy - Excellent communication with the landlord's agent - Overall the apartment was clean - Soap and complimentary coffee and bottles of water

- Bedsheets were made available, but you should be prepared to make yourself the couch bed - Bedsheet and pillow covers on the main bed were not spotless clean - Window's handle in the kitchen was broken, the landlord offered to come on the spot to assess but there was no need. A minor inconvenience

Overordnet en fin løsning til vores behov, hvor vi primært bare skulle bruge et sted at overnatte i de to dagevi var i B

Det var en god beliggenhed ift stationen og at komme nemt til og fra centrum af Basel med sporvognen.

Der var flystøj fra lufthavnen. Service i køkkenet var beskidt og der var ikke nok af det. Der var fx kun én skål til rådighed og flere af tingene var beskidte og kunne ikke vaskes, da der hverken var opvaskebørste eller opvaskemiddel. Der var generelt ikke særlig godt vedligeholdt og flere ting så lidt gamle og slidte ud fx et tøjstativ, der var gået i stykker.

Het was precies goed om 4 dagen te verblijven en Basel en de omgeving te verkennen.

Het appartement was heel schoon en had alle faciliteiten, zelfs een wasmachine. Er was ruime parkeergelegenheid.

De woonkamer viel tegen en was niet gezellig ingericht. Er is geen TV.
