Great location, comfortable and spacious.

The host and staff were incredibly accommodating - facilitating an early check in. The apartment is close to the airport and saved us from a highway backup that would have undoubtedly caused us to miss our flight. This is a spacious accommodation!

Disappointing.

Very spacious, ground floor apartment.

There was a musty smell throughout the property and the bedding smelt dirty. There was also smells of stale cigarette smoke in the rooms. Owner was not very helpful and I am stillwaiting on a refund as I could not stay in the apartment and had to find alternative accommodation that might.

Not bad but very dirty

- Easy check-in and check-out - There is a garage for the car, so no problem with the parking - There is a good wi-fi - The apartment is spacious, there is a nice terrace. So in summer must be a great place. - The price/quality ratio is not bad. It is hard to find something cheaper for 4 people around Basel. Considering the low price, the apartment is not bad. But it’s worth knowing about the disadvantages so that you can be prepared for them and not be disappointed (like we were).

Once upon a time this apartment was probably like in the photos. But now it is in much worse condition. So photos are misleading. It feels like no one has cleaned it for a long time. Everything is dusty, the paintings were taken away, the TV was taken, wires and nails are sticking out of the walls. When you enter, first thing that strickes is this specific “old grandmama apartment” smell. This mixture of something old and dirty. And this smell is everywhere, especially in the bed. The sheets, the towels everything smells like old and dirty. The description says there are 2 double bedrooms. But one of the bedrooms has only a single bed. So, if there are 4 people, then one needs to sleep in the living room on the sofa. In the kitchen there is a lot of dirt in the drawers, unnecessary things are lying around, but there are no basic things like the salt, an electric kettle. There is one pan, but there is no lid for it. On the first evening, we had to go buy a sponge for washing dishes, because the one that was there looked used and durty. The bed linen also had an unwashed smell. It was unpleasant to touch them. And so on. You can give many examples, but most importantly, the apartment has potential if you wash it, ventilate it, throw out the trash, buy the necessary things, new sheets, and towels.
