Disappointing and unhygienic

Room stunk of old aftershave and cigarette smoke, which permeated the bedding, towels, walls, pillows and mattress. The curtains had food all over them, and the bedhead also had food stains

Nice and cozy

The place has everything we needed and the balcony was small but useful for having some fresh air. The check in and check out was super easy and everything was sent on time - as it is remotely done it was flexible with our schedule

When we arrived, the space has a smell like it has been closed for weeks. We opened everything and it went away, but we had to leave it for some hours. The place was super small for the price

Very good VFM stay

Quiet residential area. Good connections(bus and train)to centre of St Gallen, just off motorway. Flat equipped with virtually everything you require. Very good utilisation of space.

Parking is complicated. Plenty of blue box areas around, but it is quite convoluted to pay by app. Can become costly.

Lovely apartment in quiet location

The apartment was clean and quiet. There was a fan which helped because the weather was unusually warm for September. Two windows opened as well and there was a small balcony. The kitchen was well equipped including oil and vinegar, tea and coffee, laundry and dishwasher soap. Bed was comfortable with quality linens. Apartment was easy to reach by city bus and not far from the train station. Migro is walking distance and there were two nearby restaurants and a bakery.

We had no Wi-Fi for the first 2 days and without a working cellphone we could not reach the landlords. We ended up using a cellphone belonging to another apartment landlord who owned accommodations nearby and felt badly for us. The Wi-Fi is apparently in a separate apartment. This needs to change. Despite assurances that it would be remedied the first day, we had to contact them a second time the second day before the issue was resolved. Each unit should have its own Wi-Fi. There was no hair dryer in the unit either. The laundry was shared with the entire building. It was difficult to get access since there was only one washer and one dryer.

It was a small apartment but it was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay.

The bed was quite large and comfortable. The kitchen had the basic necessities needed for simple meals. There was a pleasant small balcony with a lovely view. Public transport was available very close to the apartment to travel either to the main station or a smaller local station, and the bus ran quite frequently.

The chairs and small table didn't feel very sturdy. The shower was quite narrow. There weren't really any clear instructions about how to leave things when checking out.

Immaculately clean with all necessary facilities. The washer and dryer was a godsend to us. The bed was a xtra comfy and we even managed to watch a film on Netflix. We loved this apartment.

Slightly out of town but we found a lovely restaurant where we had pasta and a beer.

-amazing service, answered all questions very fast over the Phone at all Times and was very nice! - you have a balcony -Essentials like oil, Salt, pepper etc are present - very clean, nice kitchen, very comfortable bed -Day price seems to be really good for switzerland, but can't really compare it since we booked very late. All in all i can highly recommend!:)

-Appartement is a bit Outside of St. gallen center i liked it since i don't like cities anyway but if you wanna go out in St gallen center you have drive or go a bit. But it's not too far from Säntis and a Supermarked is only 5 walking Minutes away!:) -was a bit too warm in the room in june. (Couldn't find Air conditioning or anything similar either) -sadly no elevator

Perfect!

This Apartment is perfect for a short trip to the St. Gallen area. It is located in a very quiet neighbourhood and the bakery shop is right in front of it, supermarkets very near. The owners are very kind and everything in the apartment has a high quality and is set up with love for details. The apartment was very clean. For us it was unfortunately still too cold to use the balcony, but this is a further good asset of this place. Parking is very easy as well. There is even a bus connection right in the street and you can even get to a trail, directly from the apartment. Overall, I would recommend this place. A big thank you to Sandro and Paul!

Wohnung hübsch, Beschreibung mit total falschen Angaben

Gastgeber hat sich sehr bemüht die Probleme zu lösen, ansich eine wirklich hübsche Wohnung, Bett sehr bequem aber für Menschen die länger bleiben, arbeiten müssen, kochen wollen und Wäsche waschen wollen absolut ungeeignet

Die Angaben auf Bookincom über die Wohnung betreffen nicht diese Wohnung sodern sind eine Zusammenfassung über alle Wohnung die sie haben, ebenfalls die Bilder. Die Wohnung ist im obersten Stockwerk ohne Lift obwohl es lt Beschreibung eine Terasse mit Grillplatz gibt, es gibt einen Induktionsherd aber Geschirr für einen normalen Herd, also ist Kochen unmöglich, Kartoffel brauchen 90 Minuten bis sie gar sind, der Essbereich ist ein kleiner Bistrotisch mit 2 Plastikstühlen, Schreibtisch nicht vorhanden, Essmöglichkeit am Balkon sind 2 Ratanstühle ohne Polsterauflage mit einem mini Beistelltisch, das heist Kochen und Essen ist nur in Minimalistischem Zustand möglich, Kaffe kochen oder Tütensuppe geht. Wenn man 2 Teller und eine Salatschüssel auf den Tisch in der Wohnung stellen will, muss man aufpassen dass die Teller nicht runterfallen da der Platz so wenig ist dass die Teller über den Tischrand reichen. die vorhandenen Waschmaschiene befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist für das gesamte Wohnhaus. Mit einer bereitgestellten Karte kann man waheehn wenn ein Termin frei währe. wir waren 7 Tage dort und der Waschplan war auf 9 Tage ausgebucht. Also Waschen unmöglich. Es sind sehr viele Verspreechungen in der Beschreibung die einfach nicht da sind!

Saubere Wohnung Grosses Bett Gesellschaftsspiele stehen zur Verfügung Unkomplizierter Zugang zur Wohnung

Balkon sehr schäbig, dreckig. Badezimmer sehr klein, Schiebetüre der Dusche defekt. Am letzten Tag wurden wir per E-Mail vom Gastgeber aufgefordert das Zimmer vor Abreise aufzuräumen und die Spühlmaschine anzumachen. Ist grundsätzlich kein Problem, trotzdem sehr unpassend das von zahlenden Gästen zu erwarten.

Klein maar fijn appartement. Lekker bed om in te slapen en het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijn balkonnetje dat niet aan de weg kant zit en ventilator aanwezig.

Soluzione gradevole ed economica, soprattutto per una coppia anche con neonato o bambino piccolo

Appartamentini molto confortevoli, situati in un quartiere tranquillissimo, ben organizzati con ottimi servizi (lavastoviglie in appartamento e lavatrice in un locale di servizio del condominio), letto matrimoniale grande con materasso alto e comodo, angolo cottura attrezzato, buona igiene dell'appartamento all'arrivo, terrazza carina e ben arredata nel verde anche se non molto panoramica, vicinanza alle attrazioni del lago di Costanza.

lo smaltimento dell'immondizia dovrebbe essere differenziato, la tv dovrebbe ricevere anche i canali italiani e non solo quelli della Svizzera italiana, la posizione è decentrata tuttavia è ben collegata e servita anche da mezzi pubblici.
