The apartment was clean and comfortable, location is quite good near by bus and train station . The apartment is also equipped with very modern, high-tech appliances. The helpdesk were very responsive and replied quickly. They also helped arrange the city public transport tickets promptly.
It would be nice if some kitchen paper towels were available in the room .

Modern und neu, tolle Ausstattung bis ins kleinste Detail, moderne technische Belichtungs- und Jalousiensteuerung,
Ausstattung der Küche mit aussergewöhnlich hochwertigen Geräten. Sehr zuvorkommend sind auch die bereitgestellten Tickets für den öffentlichen Nahverkehr besonders für die älteren Mitreisenden, sonst ist die Innenstadt ohne Probleme fussläufig zu erreichen.
Uns hat alles Vorhandene gefallen. Lediglich die hohen Barstühle zum Essen waren für ältere Personen nicht so gut geeignet.

L’appartement en soi est joli.
Les chambres étaient froides et il n’y avait aucune couverture supplémentaire dans l’appartement.
Dans l’armoire de la salle de bain, nous avons trouvé des faux cils usagés ainsi que des poils.
Les crèmes à café laissées à disposition étaient périmées depuis un mois, et des sacs de courses traînaient dans les armoires.
Les plaques de cuisson étaient sales, tout comme une partie de la vaisselle.
