Fantastic place, we had such a great time, ideally located and perfectly furnished
if i had 1 thing to say that could have been better, there was only 1 table spoon haha, but not really an issue, we mostly found it amusing

The house is very well insulated for sound, and you are not bothered by the neighbours or the adjacent guests. The beach is a block away, and we rented beach loungers every day on Sandown's fantastic beach. I would highly recommend this for a true English beach getaway. Super convenient for restaurants and shopping, Sandown is a gem on a comeback. One of Britain's great swimming beaches. Great for kids.
It would be great to have thick curtains, not just blinds. The house was super clean and well-equipped otherwise.
