Location, indoor & outdoor pools, lakes, staff very friendly. The Park is well set out and easy to move around.
Our caravan backed onto a local recycle centre or scrapyard. Noise from lorries started 7.30! This was not mentioned at time of booking and if offered should be at a discount - caravan 227!

Good location and easy to find.
Was clean but certainly tired and need of some renovation. Front door had large gap at top fine in this weather but not if it’s cold. Smelt musty when we first arrived and sofa was broken in middle not nice to sit on at the table for eating.

This was a lovely break away accommodation area in the Isle Of Wight .
It is central to lots of travel places and quiet .
We had a caravan with a beautiful view of downs which made a difference.
Very clean , and perfect to return to after getting out
The staff at reception most helpful especially getting me some towels.
Just a couple of points to add for anyone booking on booking.com.
On the viewing website it says WIFI this is ONLY in reception area and should be itemised as many like me might think is all around site .
Also the picture of the caravan accommodation shows rolled up towels on a bed .
We assumed they would be there and didn't take any .
After explaining to reception they kindly had a bag of towels delivered but said this happens a lot for booking. Com customers.
Surely these 2 items could , should, be looked at .

The carvan was a bit old and the seats in the room was stained and the floor in the caravan was old and looked stained
