A very comfortable vacation house. The owner is very nice. The house is fully equipped and has complete functional areas. It's very convenient to park. There is a big supermarket nearby and it's also very close to the beach. Everything is perfect.

Loved my stay at Fernhurst

Lovely apartment in a great location, with good parking behind the property (albeit a steep hill into/out of the carpark). Very clean and had everything I needed. Very comfy bed. Rae happened to be gardening at the property when I arrived and was very welcoming and helpful, offering to help with bags and getting my keys, but also letting me use their industrial Henry to clean up a disastrous coffeemate/chocolate powder spillage in my car's passenger footwell... thanks again, Rae 😊

Only thing that would have made my stay better is improved water pressure in the shower, but that's easier said than done 🙂

Good location and very comfortable

Very clean and well appointed. Although one bedroom, there was plenty of storage space. Car parking was at the back of the property making loading and unloading easy. Location is in the town centre of Shanklin, close to shops and the bus stop. You can walk to restaurants. Bed was very large and comfortable Bathroom was spacious with good shower.

A place to relax and enjoy your vacation.

Beautiful building gives a great first impression. Room very spacious, very clean, with all things being thought and taken care of. Kitchen very well equipped. Nespresso machine, toaster and kettle available. Separate freezer and fridge. Landlords very friendly, whilst very professional.

Excellent location, immaculate, value for money, friendly host, you couldn’t ask for more!

Great location, 2 min walk on the flat to shops, restaurants, 10 min walk to beach. Private car park with plenty of spaces. The property was immaculate and facilitated everything you could possibly need for a self catering holiday. The walk in shower was brand new, spacious and accessible. The smart tv was new and offered many channels. The beds were comfy and the bedding was of a good quality. The standard of furnishings were excellent. A very peaceful location. The host was very accommodating and welcoming, changing the double bed to 2 singles, as per our request. Good value for money.

All one could possibly need was present, down to a little torch plugged into a socket that comes on automatically in case of power cuts. The small apartment was extremely cleverly laid out so that in spite of containing absolutely everything, there was still plenty of space. We would definitely recommend this very clean property.
