It was clean and well maintained

The noise from the apartment above and children’s running outside our door

The location and the quality of the room fixtures and fittings

The water pressure was very poor and therefore the shower was not as good as it could have been

Location- excellent; parking - good; proximity to sea- excellent; facilities - good

Stayed for two nights but had to wait until 4pm to gain entrance and had to leave by 10.00am. Something not customer focused there. Could do better on that I think

Lovely apartment, well furnished and clean, had pretty much everything we needed; we all loved the hot tub. Walking distance to everything in Shanklin and parking available. The cleaning staff was lovely and let us park the car for an extra couple of hours after check out.

As a family of 4 with young children, we used the 2 bedrooms on the lower floor of the apartment to avoid the kids going down the stairs on their own (a little bit steep); the bunk room was really tiny, bit too much of a squeeze. The other bedroom on the lower floor was a double bedroom but the bed was really small for 2 grown adults; shame because the bedrooms upstairs had huge beds we would have loved to use but it wouldn’t have worked for us as a family. The terrace with the hot tub could have done with a sweep
