The stairs were something of a challenge, particularly the 3rd flight as it was very narrow, and getting large suitcases up was not an easy task!

I had a wonderful week at Highlands. Perfect opportunity to unwind & relax in a lovely location.

Amazing apartment. Clean, modern, spacious, airy & comfortable with all the amenities you could want/need. Really great location & central to pubs/restaurants & coffee haunts. Allocated parking available on site & plenty of parking around the surrounding streets. Host engaging, helpful & accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful, a dream apartment with the glass roof to watch the stars. Beautiful balcony for a coffee in the mornings listening to the Birds. Bedrooms were lovely, with a great kitchen and dining area.

Fab apartment with a glass ceiling

Excellent Location, well stocked kitchen, large freezer and separate fridge, large bathroom,and a good clean washing machine and dishwasher.furniture was well looked after and top end.Bedding was fresh and clean as was the towels.

The glass roof made it exceptionally hot, you couldn't watch tv in the day because of the light from the glass roof, could really do with a fan, it was so uncomfortable we spent our time in the kitchen or bedroom just to get some shade in the apartment. That was its only fault,everything else was great.

Fantastic apartment, great location a lovely island to visit

light, airy feeling, everything you could possible want home from home, clean and tidy parking space great location we would stay again if we return to the isle of wight

we had two balcony but could only use one, and the sun set on the balcony of the one we where not aloud to use, it would have been perfect to sit on as the sun went down with a glass of wine. the balcony that we where aloud to use would have had great views of the sea if the trees had not been so tall, we suggest that the trees be topped so you get the view

Lovely space! Enjoyed the balcony and super comfy beds. Well supplied kitchen and a great location just a short walk from the beach and Shanklin Old Village. Great communication with Adam.

Top quality appartment in an attractive building with money spent on quality items like doors and furniture. In an attractive quiet location with a screen of healthy chestnut trees inhabited by ravens. The appartment was spotless when we moved in and the balcony was a massive bonus. The glass roof over the lounge and the doors to the balcony created an outdoor feel. I also liked the Velux style windows on both sides in bathroom and bedroom. We had both open at night, it was great to sleep with a breeze. Highlands is a short distance from both Rylstone gardens and cliff viewpoints.

Lovely spacious apartment with all the facilities you need. Thoughtful touches, a welcome pack with tea, coffee and fresh milk. A cleaning pack with bin liners and dishcloth. A pair of binoculars to enjoy the view. 10 minutes walk to Shanklin Old Village

The 13 stairs up to the inside of the apartment were quite steep. Also it being at the top of the house, there were a couple of sloping ceilings that you had to be very wary of, (bathroom and small bedroom)
