About this apartment rental

With each apartment retaining many elements of the original Victorian house including beautiful cast iron fireplaces, huge bay windows and traditional beams in the Garden flat all adding to the wonderful homely feel.

Providing a very good standard of comfort, each apartment is very well equipped with everything you need for a short break to a longer stay.

We have a well -maintained garden area to relax in and a private car park.

Centrally positioned within easy walking distance of a wealth of amenities to include various restaurants, pubs, shops, a stunning sandy beach and seafront promenade. Ideal as a base for exploring the many beautiful walks along this dramatic coastline, with excellent public transport links available to allow easy access to the whole island.

For guests travelling by foot, the bus terminal, train station are within a couple of minutes walk from the apartments.

Really cosy and ideal for a short getaway off season or more relaxing summer long stay. With everything you'll need, even Netflix on the smart TV and excellent highspeed Wifi. Ideally located for exploring the Island with excellent public transport links close by. To accommodate three persons, lower ground Floor; There are about 12 steps leading to your own private entrance; Conservatory, Lounge/Diner, Kitchen/breakfast room, Two bedrooms; Main Bedroom with Super comfy Kingsize bed, Second bedroom with single bed, Bathroom with bath, shower, vanity unit and toilet. Restricted height in this apartment, Door height1.8m (5ft 10ins) Ceiling height 1.93m (6ft 4ins). Bedding and towels provided.

Have just spent a most enjoyable 2 weeks in their Garden Apartment. The kitchen is very well equipped with a full size freezer, full size fridge and a very good dishwasher. The whole apartment was spotlessly clean, a home from home. Roger and Rae since taking over from Sandra have turned what was already a good apartment into an excellent one. The train station is just a 5 minute walk from the apartment and the bus station is even closer right next to a large Co-op. An excellent apartment in an excellent location.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and fully equipped. We were absolutely thrilled with it. The beds and pillows were so comfy, so much so that I am buying the same mattress for my spare bed! The apartment was furnished and fitted out to a very high standard. The kitchen had everything we needed and more, the shower was excellent and the apartment felt cosy and very inviting. It was lovely to have the conservatory which was light and airy and to be able to sit in the garden and enjoy a drink outside. We loved the fact that the apartment is so well situated in Shanklin. There is a very good-sized Co-op around the corner, the train station is 5 mins away and the beach not much more than 10 mins on foot. These were huge bonuses. Rae and Roger were on hand for any questions and were genuinely helpful, smiley and nice people. Thank you again for accommodating our requests. We very much appreciated that. I hope to visit again in the future and would definitely recommend the apartment highly.
