Cliff Top Apartment 3 Bedroom

The apartment was really big and had enough room to comfortably sleep 9/10. We really liked the sea views 🌊 from the bedrooms, kitchen and front room, etc. & it had everything that we needed. We enjoyed the games room in the Garden and the wonderful sea views at the hotel-We really enjoyed the mystery of finding Boris, the pet seagull 🤣 The location was brilliant, and an easy walk down to the beach 🏖️ The host was very kind and friendly and we had a great stay! Would definitely return! Thank you 🤩

The car park was small but what can be done about that? Sometimes we had a space and sometimes we parked on the street outside- It was free. Yes, there may be things missing from the apartment like a fan or extra bedding for two people sharing the sofa beds, but the customer service and warmth from the staff here, make it clear that all you have to do is ask, and they will do their very best to make you happy. One of the showers was a bit hot for a while and we did find the drinks at the hotel bar quite pricey- We went shopping and brought our own food and drinks and that was fine… We are not fussy people and were aware of the value for money, of this massive apartment with a sea view, in a great location, with kind people, and the little things never bothered us. We would stay again!

Brilliant accommodation, very clean! Has everything you need, towels, tv, wifi, pans pots cutlery baby chair. 5 min walk to beach and cliff. Lift on cliff to take you straight down to beach. Amazing views, host Salma was very friendly and helpful. Thanks so much for our stay!

A few issues for example, door lock temperamental, shower stops working if you use both bathrooms at the same time

Overall we had a good time at the cliff top apartment and we found it to be clean, comfortable and spacious.

There are some issues to report. The arrival instructions were to check-in with the adjacent hotel reception first, so we were surprised and disappointed to find the hotel closed and the courtyard in darkness when we arrived at 7.30pm. We then had to search around in the darkness by the light of our phone torches to find the door to the flat and the associated key-box. Eventually we gained entry only to find that the heating was turned off and the flat was decidedly chilly. After switching on the boiler and setting the relevant controls some warmth was generated but surely it should have been turned on in advance of our arrival, similarly we had to switch-on all the other appliances, including the fridge! We did not want to go out for a meal that first night and had brought with us some ready meals to cook in the oven. We found an impressive range cooker in the kitchen with two ovens but it did not work fully. After turning on the mains switch on the wall we could not get the large oven to work at all and had to cook our meals in relays using the small oven, one by one which meant they were not all ready at the same time for our group of 5 people. There was a microwave combi-oven but no operating instructions – surely information concerning all the appliances and the heating should have been included in the guest information pack folder? Finally we had to move the dining table away from the wall so all five of us could sit down and eat together – again one would have expected this to have been done before our arrival. Despite all this, the apartment is in a good, quiet location and we all enjoyed the weekend.
