This property was conveniently located. The staff was amazing. We reserved the breakfast and it was served to us daily at our time of choice. The staff was amazing and ensured all our need were met

Location was very good, within half hour walk to major highlights, felt safe to walk around. Very clean room, great room service. Nice breakfast options brought into the room on rolling table was a treat. Staff very responsive and friendly. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.
Would have liked a larger room as there was 3 of us, and a table to sit at, but it was comfortable. A screen on the windows would have been nice then would feel ok leaving window open, but I react to bug bites so couldn't take the chance of any coming into the room. Felt a little weird having windows looking into our room but that's city living, just wasn't used to that for a vacation lodging. Elevator very small and slow, only 2 people can fit so my son and I just walked up the stairs so my husband could take the lift. But really, these things didn't ruin anything. We had great time in Rome and I'd still recommend this place for sure!
