We had a wonderful stay and were extremely grateful for the kindness and professionalism of the staff, especially Elizabeta and Elena. They were exceptionally helpful, responsive, and caring in assisting my elderly father and made us feel genuinely welcomed and looked after throughout our stay. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the location was convenient, with easy access to the city centre and Rome’s main landmarks. Their hospitality and positive attitude made our experience particularly memorable.
Nothing significant.Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

We loved where the hotel was situated and we didn't catch the Metro once whilst we were there! A good choice of food for breakfast and I loved that we could make ourselves a cup of tea at any time of the day. The staff were also lovely.

Better direction sign. A little confusing. Location is on the fourth floor.

Lovely and clean. Great location. Fresh plentiful and varied breakfast. Lovely staff.
We visited in August and it was very hot. The air con wasn’t very cold.
