It had the basic amenities needed, beds were comfy, and the staff was polite, helpful and responsive,
The outdoor patio light didn’t work, out of four shower fixtures in the bathroom, only one worked, and as the week went on the turn down service was less and less. This property advertises soundproofed rooms which is not at all accurate - the building is quite noisy.

Great location and very bright modern decor. I liked that the staff were very responsive and dealt with AC issue promptly.
Despite nice and bright decor, the bathroom was dirty. The limescale build up and significant spots of black mould in the shower did not make us feel comfortable. It certainly needed a deep clean

The location of the accommodation is very good, it's right near the Vatican and you can get where you need pretty fast. The SIT bus to get to and from the airport is close. The room was spacious enough and had everything necessary for a couple of days.
The room was not very clean, and some things were broken in the bathroom as well. Communication with the staff is also not the easiest, they don't speak much english and we had to wait about 30 minutes in front of the building until someone helped us check in.
