The location and kind staff.

The reception was too close so the noise or talking sound could be a bit loud.

Riccardo, the owner, was on site providing personal attention to guests without being overbearing. The whole place is renovated to a good standard, and at no point do you feel nickel-and-dimed, Rooms are airy and well lit, with good quality glass windows that provide proper sound insulation. The location was also good, set in a very pleasant, clean area of Rome, and next to multiple tourist sites. Connected fairly well via bus, and given how compact the center of Rome is, everything is very walkable. The metro requires a few minutes of walking. Edit: I'd like to add that during this stay, I ran into a logistics issue, completely unrelated to the hotel. Riccardo went out of his way to assist with what otherwise would have been a huge hassle.

This was a great find for a stay in Rome! The location is really good, steps away from the Terravision bus from the Fiumicino airport and other bus lines. It is walking distance from both the Vatican and Trevi fountain. Most of all, the apartment was very nice, clean and with a confortable bed. The area is really safe and next to the beautiful park of the Saint Angelo Castle. The host communicated fast and accomodated both our early checkin and late check out requests. There is also a pizza place downstairs with amazing pizza.

We liked everything. If in Rome again, we will return here!

Ideal position

I believe it is absolutely overpriced even considering the genius discount we received. The full price of the room is around 300 euro that compares with high end 5 standard hotels with related services and facility
