A bit difficult to find the right entrance but the hotel is really nice.

Great location. Close to Castel Sant’Angelo and just a few bus stops from the Vatican. There are buses, cafés, tobacconists/stationery shops, many stores, and supermarkets nearby—on the same street or on the surrounding streets. The room was cleaned every day: they made the bed and changed the towels. It has an electric kettle, glasses, tea, and a TV.

The beds were a bit hard and, although there was a hairdryer in the bathroom, I was expecting mini toiletries such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash or lotion. The person at reception was different each day of our stay, and it seemed they didn’t communicate much with each other, as on the third day we were asked again for our ID documents and whether we had already paid, even though we had completed the entire check-in process when we arrived. In our room, which had a small kitchenette, there was a constant noise (it never stopped) coming from an electrical outlet where the TP-Link device was plugged in. It was a high wall outlet that was making the noise.

Location was in a quiet area about 20 to 30 mins to the main area near everything you need. The hotel has a shuttle service to skip the hour taxi lineup. Cleaning lady was nice helped us get a taxi.

Staff reception was virtual so if you need something right away then you have to find out yourself. Knowing there was a Shuttle service before the checkin day so you can plan ahead.
