Communication with the staff was great especially when I was having transportation issues during the Italian bike race.. beds were comfy ,breakfast selections were good ( crispy bacon was a surprise), location perfect with a bus stop in front. Quirky porthole in the shower was cute idea. The two gentlemen at breakfast were always ready to get you an orange juice or cappuccino.
Not always enough space to eat breakfast. Some how one more table needs to be added.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. Elisabetta was great; she gave us a lot of information about sightseeing! Breakfast was very good.
Honestly we didn't have any complaints about our stay. It was awesome. I would say the many stairs, but there was an elevator available, so no problem.

Apartment are clean and comfortable. It has everything you need, all the facilities. There is a kitchen where you can have water, coffee, tea, sweets during all the day! And also staff are very friendly and helpful.
And also it's safe to stay there alone - access to the building and then to the floor only with the card!
In the morning I heard voices of other guests, who did a check-out

The staff is super friendly and do everything to make you comfortable and feeling welcome.
The room is great size and blinders black out.
The bed is very comfortable.
Breakfast is also great.
The only things that could improve a bit are the noise early in the morning (breakfast preparation) and the shower pressure, but overall it was a great stay and highly recommend it.
