Perfect location for first time Rome tourist . Very close to main attractions especially the Vatican.
Surprisingly its also a few blocks away from Piazza Spagna.
After a whole day of walking , just so relaxing to get to rest to a place that is kept clean and smells clean, bed is very comfortable.
Love that theres a coffee machine to satisfy our late night coffee craving
Host is very responsive and helpful. I spoke with him a couple of times and very courteous .

The location was perfect, so close to everything and not too busy as there are fewer tourists in this part of town.
Small room, shower was tiny and felt claustrophobic. We were told not to use the air conditioning on cool even though the rooms were hot inside.

The location is great. Also check-in procedure is very convinient and fast. The room is clean.
- The bathroom is somewhat special. Only tropical shower is eqipped. So, it is impossible to wash a whole body. It is like washing under rain. Very unconvinient.
- The air conditioner is set to warm mode only. It is strange when the day temperature was ~27C deg. So, in fact the air conditioner was totally useless. The host only suggested us to open the window. It helped at nights but it became much noisy.
- the attitude of host is not very impressive. Reply quickly but not useful and responsible.
