Little Rose Residence

It was quiet, loved the courtyard. The room was very clean and pretty. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. The staff was professional and Barbara was very prompt in responding to our questions and providing suggestions for neighborhood restaurants. Loved everything.

The breakfast nearby was good, typical Italian, corneto and coffee, good quality. The location is excellent as the arrangement of the room. Walking distance from all sites. The room looking in the internal alley was very quiet and comfortable.

Very nice hotel. Perfect location, safe at night. Clean room and clean bathroom. Amazing staff. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends

Our biggest problem was with Booking.com and the proprietor. When I booked for 12 nights on March 30, 2022 the price in Euros was approximately 1257 Euros. We decided to upgrade to what we thought would have been a larger room as we were staying there 12 nights. The upgraded price was approximately 1900 Euros. We quickly realized that we had the same room as originally booked and that the only thing they did was push two twin beds together to make a double. we had a couple of problems on our first day and when I complained to the proprietor that for the upgraded amount we expected more. Barbara came back and said they don’t have upgrades and that all 3 of her rooms were the same size. So, if they don’t have upgrades, WHY did we pay almost $1,000 CDN more than the original booking. We have many emails back and forth with Little Rose Residence and with Booking. com with NO resolution. We have been Booking.com customers for years and are very disappointed. Our thoughts on the room and service: - bathroom is tiny -nowhere to put you cosmetics, mold in the shower (which) is extremely tiny and the shower leaks all over the floor - they provide each person with a set of towels every 3 days - a hand towel, a bath towel, and a bath sheet. considering it was 37 degrees every day we were there, and had to mop up the water from the shower, this was not adequate. We were lucky enough to run into the girl cleaning the other 2 rooms to ask for more towels. - the blankets for the bed need a good cleaning. The blanket we took out of the cupboard to put on our bed had several stains on it. We thought that the cleaning staff changed it only to realize that she had only turned it over.
