Great location. Lovely modern room with good facilities.
Some broken tiles need replaced. The ledge above the shower was noticeably very dusty and dirty. The mattress on the bed is very firm.

The room was clean, modern and had a comfortable bed and shower. The location is great, within walking distance of most of the main tourist sights in Rome. You won‘t see a lot of staff, because it is not a hotel with a reception, restaurant etc, but the rooms get cleaned every day.
The room and building were a bit noisy. You could hear cars from the street and other guests in the hallway. It woke me up a few times.

Not in the worst location
My flight was late in the evening and I couldn’t store my luggage. In addition, we couldn’t find items such as an iron. Cleaning is only done every 3 days.
