The hotel is in the very convenient location. You can either walk or take the bus to main Rome attractions. Bus stops are around the hotel. Staffs are friendly and helpful. They will help you immediately when you need help. Breakfast is very good, room is quiet, very clean and comfortable.

I really liked the gym, it was opened until late and was empty, included water and towels. There was a Starbucks right next door which was really convenient. Location was amazing, right next to Vatican and not far from attractions. Reception staff were lovely.

Location was good, and the breakfast choice was also decent. The availability of alternative milk for coffee in the mornings was also nice.

From the initial interaction with the reception staff, I found them to be very direct and abrupt. They were not rude, but were also not very welcoming. Every day on leaving or returning via the reception, most of the time the staff didn't even acknowledge you, let alone greet you. During checkout, not one staff even asked "How was your stay?" a question I would say was quite standard when I have ever checked out of a hotel. The rooms were very dimly lit, with dark glass doors for the bathroom which made it even worse. The bed was comfortable, as was the pillows, but there was an incredible amount of noise and music that could be heard from the bedroom during the evening which often made sleeping quite hard, it was almost as if the hotel was hosting a party every night!
