Very pleased with our stay chez Sr. Gianfranco. The room was well appointed and equipped and the common sitting/coffee area comfortable and nicely decorated. The location was excellent, sitting on a street close to supermarkets, coffee shops, and many restaurants. An easy 8-minute walk to the Lepanto Metro station and, from there, easy access to everything you'd likely want to see in Rome. The beds were significantly harder than we (Americans) are accustomed to sleeping on, but Sr. Gianfranco was very understanding and supplied some extra comforters that helped tremendously. The entry code system works marvelously. The rooms were surprisingly quiet in regard to outside noise.

There was need of some minor upkeep in our room, particularly in regard to the handheld shower attachment (which dribbles rather than streams).

The location is really good, also the room was perfectly fine for the price.

The location was GREAT! Busy but not too much. The room was like an apt. Favorite room I had on my trip to Italy. Gianfranco was very helpful and nice. Walking distance 20-30min to sooo many landmarks to see. There's a great little pastry, coffee, fresh juice and sandwiches on the corner and a markey 1 block down. I throughly enjoyed my stay in Rome!

A fine hotel but not worth the money. Mainly good for the location.

The rooms were renovated at some point so had potential, but were already quite tired looking and smelled like mould. The aircon didn't work and the walls are paper thin so I had to sleep with earplugs because I could hear the other guests talking in the night. Too expensive for all this and without breakfast.
