Great location , lovely and warm, comfortable space.
Heating didn’t work in both bathrooms, toilet flushing in en-suite quite noisy, guttering outside kitchen door needs fixing.

I really liked the location near the mountains, the view is incredibly beautiful. The house was warm and comfortable.
The internet was a bit slow, which was inconvenient for us. There was also a shortage of utensils, especially large saucepans.

The location was wonderful, short walk into Killin which had a few shops, Loch Tay was walking distance away. Stunning views of the mountains but sadly didn’t see any deer.
The property was spacious and was able accommodate our needs well. The heating was also very good and plenty of hot water.
The beds were very comfy.
Plenty of storage.
Little improvements / maintenance would have made the stay excellent…
Doors do not shutting properly inside.
Hot tap in the bath didn’t work properly only allowed a dribble of water out.
Some middle sized plates would be good.
Extraction fan switch for en-suite doesn’t work.

The chalet was spacious, well furnished and comfortable. The weather was fairly cool during our stay but the heating was up to the challenge and kept us cosy and warm. The view from the chalet down Glen Lochay to the Grampians was wonderful - particularly at dawn when the sun hit the mountains turning them gold.
One improvement that would be of great benefit would be the addition of dishes that can be used in the oven. The kitchen was in general well equipped but lacking oven ware.
