Breakfast was perfect good value for money and selection of toast and cereals :)
The Spa wasnt very clean and had silt at the bottom. it wasn't very hot but we still enjoyed a soak.

Freedom to come and go. Very comfortable bed (with electric blanket :-) . Quiet location.
Very cold bathroom. Scalding hot spa, sadly too hot to climb into :-(

Prefer private bathroom but there are 2 toilets so no clashes.

It was ok.
Inadequate kitchen relating to size (up to 6 people sharing) it was tiny. A single hob, that didn’t work properly, it took ages to cook pasta. The steep gravel drive needs attention due to vehicle wheels spinning. Only 1 bathroom including toilet near bedrooms. I toilet with a basin across the main guest living area. The accommodation is on the ground floor. The owner lives on the floor with the pitched roof window.
