It was clean and tidy and close to where I had meetings. Also it had good parking directly outside the room.
The hairdryer didnt work - a problem as I have long hair.

Friendly helpful lady at check in. Clean, comfortable room.
Locking myself out of room in morning for 2 hours with severely disabled husband trapped on bed and the owners nowhere around to help. Emergency phone number posted on door not answered even after ringing multiple times and leaving messages. Office didn't open at time it said it would open. Highly stressful! When owner appeared at 9.30am, they said they were having a sleep in as it was Waitangi Day even though stated office was open on public holidays at 8am. Please have a 'fill in' if you want a break. Terrible in cases of emergency.
