OVERAL PLEASANT STAY
LOFT BEDROOM VERY NICE. THE COTTAGE IS LOVELY, VERY COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN. KITCHEN WELL EQUIPPED.
AWKWARD PARKING SPACE WHICH HAS A BLINDSPOT WHEN REVERSING ONTO KNICK KNACK LANE A SHOWER IN THE DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM WOULD HAVE BEEN HELPFUL.

If your looking for a perfect stay in brixham , look no further . Absolutely beautiful place
The cottage is in a excellent location in brixham , walk to the harbour is about 15 mins walk . We got a text telling us we could collect keys early and got there with scones jam and cream , and mini eggs as we went Easter time . The cottage was spotless and everything in there was all yo needed for a perfect holiday . The dog luved her stay and could go in and out the cottage as she pleased , we could see her in the garden all the time with the big door windows and the safety of the fence and gate surrounding us .. 10 outta 10 for everything and would def go back

Great property with lots of nice touches from the hosts. Very nicely furnished. Good view over town. Close to town, can walk everywhere. Friendly neighbours.
Very steep slope up in to parking spot. Hard to get up in my old campervan! No run up to it from road due to sharp turn. Be ok in a modern vehicle I guess. Also a number of steps from parking spot up to property - not easy with little ones.
