Apters Hill House Dog Friendly With Free Parking

Clean and comfortable, fresh new carpets, well equipped kitchen and all including washing machine with dryer, TV and car park for one. Really good for family and couples, location absolutely perfect and all take away just on side. Lovely view front of house. Service agancy absolutely delighted, so helpful and extra early check in as we drove from east England over 8h. Dishwasher with capsules, washing liquid and more already helped. Some few dishes so helpful and few trays aluminium for grill.

Located around restaurants and roads. Very loudly, very busy by evening and early morning. Bathroom has lovely bath but seems refreshed times ago. Bathroom need a little more work considering price and comfort all house. Unfortunately not extra black bags for bin or washing capsules(in folder should be at least 2 given for guests) Backyard so poor, just table and chairs, absolutely need a little more work like some few floors or clean. Again very loud and noisy place. Good for few minutes but not for relaxing

Location of as excellent, property was lovely not high end but fresh and clean.

Garden appears larger in photos and nowhere listed that it’s shared or so overlooked, so didn’t dare let kids out due to concrete stairs and others using it. Parking shade not huge but we got our large car on, had too as disabled and couldn’t use car park and keep walking. Shower thermostat still needs looking at and doesn’t stay held up (mentioned in previous reviews).

Great central location with parking space, a bonus for Brixham. We have a Nissan Juke which just fitted into the space, anything bigger would be a struggle.

We’ve stayed here before and loved it so much we came back. The only downside, which didn’t affect our holiday was the noise from the pub behind, but that wasn’t a big issue for us as we went to the pub a couple of times!

The location in the centre of Brixham is good

The general condition of the property is not very good.The stair carpet is very dirty as is the settee and the two armchairs. There are several bits of paintwork that need to be repainted.The fridge has no shelf in it making it impossible to store a bottle of milk in there.The parking is for small cars only
