Great central location with parking space, a bonus for Brixham. We have a Nissan Juke which just fitted into the space, anything bigger would be a struggle.
We’ve stayed here before and loved it so much we came back. The only downside, which didn’t affect our holiday was the noise from the pub behind, but that wasn’t a big issue for us as we went to the pub a couple of times!

The location is amazing,pub right behind the house, bagel shop just below it, breakfast bagels were amazing and you must try a strawberry milkshake 🤤, the house was clean and a lovely set up,with conservatory dining area and garden,closed in for dogs.bed was comfortable and the house is very spacy. We loved it here and will definitely return.
Nothing!!!The only advice I could give would be the shower head flops down and does not always stay upright when you're showering,but this was not a big issue for us.

The location in the centre of Brixham is good
The general condition of the property is not very good.The stair carpet is very dirty as is the settee and the two armchairs.
There are several bits of paintwork that need to be repainted.The fridge has no shelf in it making it impossible to store a
bottle of milk in there.The parking is for small cars only
