The location.
Very good and it was comfortable, welcoming and homely.
The shower was a little intermittent.

The location in the centre of Brixham is good
The general condition of the property is not very good.The stair carpet is very dirty as is the settee and the two armchairs.
There are several bits of paintwork that need to be repainted.The fridge has no shelf in it making it impossible to store a
bottle of milk in there.The parking is for small cars only
