Lovely clean, comfortable property in a quiet location but very close to brixham centre.well equipped comfortable beds and great views
Unfortunately my elderly parents couldn’t access the back garden the steps are steep and uneven.A door from the back bedroom would make for easier access.The handrail doesn’t go to the top of the stairs again not good for elderly and there is a damp smell downstairs thought it was from the drier which had not been emptied but was still present after this didn’t stop me enjoying this house but was concerned for the owners incase their is a le

Very relaxing stay -I would recommend this property but the damp smell should be looked at
Great location, very comfortable and upstairs where we stayed was exceptional.
Downstairs had a strong smell of damp and front room patio windows and balcony were filthy. Take all toiletries and condiments as nothing is supplied.
