We all agreed that all pillows/duvets as well as covers should be left out to be laundered not just outer covers. Please do not hesitate to call me for a list of things that were left dirty. This is our 2nd time at 56 Moorings Reach it’s a great place. It overlooks the harbour and is a lovely flat walk to the centre of Brixham where there are lots of pubs and restaurants to chose from. 8 To 10 Spaces Spare For Whole Week Unused This Year Took 2 Cars As My Fathering Law At The Age Of 92 Is Very Poorly My Wife And I Thought We Might Have To Leave Early After Using Spare Space Saturday Night And Sunday Night For Parking Was Told In No Uncertain Terms To Move My Car To Carpark Elsewhere ( 8.00 Per 24 Hours x 5 Times ) Other Couple With Us Parked In Parking Spot That Was Allocated To 56 Which In Front Of A Garage To Which The Cleaners Use As A Store For The Cleaning And Bedding Gear To Which They Need Access At All Times

We had a fantastic week at Moorings Reach Brixham which we rated highly. Great location close to harbour and restaurants. Weather was good and we enjoyed boat trips to Dartmouth and Torquay and the beach at Paignton. We enjoyed Crab fishing at the harbour at Brixham and will look to book the flat again next year !!

We have been renting this property several times a year for the past eight years. It's a flat ten minute free from traffic walk along the harbour wall to the town centre ideal for disabled wheel chairs or children, we often bring our grandchildren with us. The flat has a lift that is helpful when we bring our disabled relatives with us each year, the only drawback is there is no garage to store their electric buggies and it is difficult to get them into the entrance hall to store and charge at night because of the steps up into the entrance door. There were ramps available but were inadequate.
