Parking was a problem as the nearest long stay is located at the other side of the harbour. Not ideal as it was raining when we arrived and we had to drag cases and bags quite a way

The location is brilliant and we had everything we needed. We would love to stay again, it was perfect for us and so well equipped.

Nothing that we didn't like, just two tiny improvements we wanted to suggest. There are no locks on the middle floor shared bathroom which didn't feel very relaxing, the lock on the toilet doesn't work. Also, the garden didn't seem to have been cleaned with lots of cobwebs and dirty table and chairs, we gave everything a good clean and sweep :) Honestly loved it, but we don't understand not having a lock on a bathroom door.

The terraced property is located very close to the town centre and harbour, with all it's shops, food outlets and pubs/bars, but no noise. The property itself is very good, with excellent facilities, seating and beds. Easily accommodates 6 people. The galley kitchen isn't spacious, but has all the normal facilities needed. The bathrooms/shower rooms are also excellent. We didn't use the small garden and covered seating, but it looked good. The Central car park is 5 minutes walk away, although others are also available. We bought a 4 day permit at the car park machine, allowing us to park for up to 3 hrs, including from 3pm to 10am the next day. We were out touring each day in between times.

Although not a problem for us, the top loft conversion bedroom is accessed via some steep, angled stairs with a low entrance to the bedroom. Just something to be aware of. Most residential roads around central Brixham are quite narrow and very restricted parking. Again, just something to be aware of.
