There were some nice touches with the welcome gifts. Stayed here last year so we knew what to expect. Unfortunately the new clubhouse and pool still hasn't been completed but we were told about that at the time of booking.
No hot water when we arrived but sorted by the next day and Adam kept me informed with updates.

The location is just perfect. We had almost everything what we needed to our holiday. The caravan is the right size for 5 people. We had a nice few days there.
The plates and bowls were a bit dirty, so we had to wash everything what we wanted to use on the first time when we were cooking.

This was a lovely, cosy caravan on a beautiful and quiet site. Perfect for me and my mum.
Lovely touches and there was milk, tea, coffee, biscuits and even a bottle of Prosecco! It was great for walking along the coast path to Berry Head and in the other direction you could easily get to Sf Nary’s Bay.

Very clean, with a lot of room for 5 people. It had a lot of details like extra blankets, board games, DVDs.It is based in a very beautiful location.
The only thing I missed was the socket for the shaver but this is minor
$$$$
