Location, peaceful site, convenient for walking on coast path ot walking into Brixham. Andy was extremely helpful with all my qustions and making sure the hot water and heating worked

The seaside themed mobile home was a lot more spacious than expected, very well equipped and a "welcome box" was much appreciated. Everything we needed was there for a comfortable and "homely" self catering holiday. A small issue with the gas central heating (operator error?) was quickly rectified by Adam. The lovely weather meant we didn't need to use the heating very much but it was very efficient and warmed up quickly. The site was very well looked after and quite a bit of privacy was enjoyed due to the thoughtful layout of adjacent 'vans. It was also out of season so really peaceful and quiet. The location was perfect for access to the stunning coastal walks and the Berry Head NNR from which we watched dolphins and a host of seabirds. It was only a mile into Brixham town but a bit testing on the legs as it was all down hill going and uphill on the way back! Thank you to our hosts for a wonderful few days.

It didn't seem as if the site was geared up for any recycling so we took our glass, plastic and cardboard home with us. We may have missed something? Looking for our accommodation on arrival, the site signage was lacking in directions to our particular plot and it was quite a while before we found it.

Location was perfect. Was a self catering break with family Was a base to go and see other family and explore the moors.

Was all very good.

There were some nice touches with the welcome gifts. Stayed here last year so we knew what to expect. Unfortunately the new clubhouse and pool still hasn't been completed but we were told about that at the time of booking.

No hot water when we arrived but sorted by the next day and Adam kept me informed with updates.
