The kitchen and bathroom also lead off the lounge. The kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave and fridge, electric kettle etc. The bathroom has a WC, washbasin, bath and fitted shower that works off the bath taps (towels are provided) .The flat has central heating, all electric and gas is included. Free WiFi connection available. Also we supply Coffee, tea and milk for your arrival. We regret we cannot insure your personal belongings. Please buy your Parking Permits on line from Torbay Council @ £35.00 per week (for 30 car Parks in the area., Freshwater or Quarry Car park). We are not far from Plymouth and Exeter which are both of historical interest, they can both be reached by car, bus or train.
