Couldn't be much closer to the harbour.
Carpark isn't too far away.
The stairs were spiral and awkward to manage and there was a step in the bathroom that wasn't clearly defined on the floor.

Great location and value for money. Amazing views from the lounge overlooking Brixham harbour. This cottage is full of character and owners have invested into making it great holiday let. Very fast internet too.
Few cobwebs and dust here and there. Very steep and narrow stairs. Unfortunately on arrival the dining room downstairs had an unpleasant smell.

This is a beautiful cottage with an incredible view of Brixham Harbour. It's quirky but elegant and every care has been taken to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you might need. It's a little gem and begs to be revisited.

View from the living room, convenient
The towels in the bathroom had marks/stains on them, I know they had been washed but I wouldn't have put them out for my guests. There was very little loo roll, luckily we had some with us.
