A traditional fisherman’s cottage set over three floors and situated just a minutes walk from Brixham’s picturesque harbour and town centre. The property is very quaint and has lots of character with winding staircases, nooks and crannies and a spacious living room on the top floor, making the most of the wonderful views over Brixham Quay and Marina.
The cottage is a very comfortable, well-appointed holiday home with gas central heating, double glazed windows and Wi-Fi. It is situated at the top of a steep, narrow flight of steps leading up from the harbourside.

great views from top floor over the harbour , the kitchen was good to cook in with cooker and microwave and very adequate bathroom . Main bedroom good size , only challenge is the stairs which are effectively a spiral staircase !
