Well appointed. Comfortable, with nice touches and décor. Just right size for husband and myself.

Bathroom a bit on the small side! But managed fine. Slightly further from Brixham harbour to be ideal in evening....but good exercise!

Great short break

Very clean, parking was great, nice and close to the town and good food in the restaurants and pubs nearby.

The was quite a bit of road noise and running water in other flats was noisy. I do understand that this is not a thing that can’t be changed.

Great week and great location.

The location was great, the apartment was comfortable and provided everything we needed for our stay. A very enjoyable week.

Just be careful when getting out of the shower it’s very tight for space. We found the air quality was not great we had to keep the apartment ventilated all week, luckily it was a lovely warm week.

I would definitely book this property again.

This property is in an ideal location to park your car up for the weekend and not need to move it again until departure. The property is in a peaceful area and is maintained to a high standard with everything you could require for a self-catering break.

It’s location was an easy walk into town and lovely pubs and restaurants.. it was beautifully decorated all beachy 🥰 Bed was super comfy and shower very good 😊

A weekend away.

Lovely little flat in the perfect location. Very close to the harbour. Has everything you could possibly need with ships close by so you can stock up with what you need. Tea and coffee are available and even left a pint of milk, which is thoughtful. Loved this little getaway.

a nice flat but no good if you need internet connectivity

It's about 400yds from the centre of Brixham, the flat is clean, well equipped and pleasant.

The flat was cold when i arrived as was the water. As I was arriving late at night so i couldn't shower. It took me a while to work out the heating (no instructions) but the hot water switch was evident. There is no wifi and no mobile reception (EE, not sure about others).
