About this cabin rental
Broadacre House is a 3 bedroom holiday home sleeping up to 6 people. The house benefits has been lovingly furnished and has off road parking.. Ground Floor:
Living room: Smart TV, Sofa Bed (Double)
Kitchen/dining room: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Coffee Machine

Utility Room: Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer
Bedroom 1: Zip And Link 2 x Single (3ft) Beds
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet
First Floor:
Bedroom 2: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Bedroom 3: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Separate Toilet.. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and barbecue. 1 small dog accepted. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Broadacre House is a lovingly renovated, three-bedroom house just outside the centre of Brixham, in Torbay. The property has undergone complete refurbishment throughout and provides comfortable and quality accommodation.
As you enter the property via the side door (nearest the driveway), there is a useful area to hang your coats and shoes directly next to the utility room, which houses a washing machine and tumble drier. This entrance then leads you into the modern, well-equipped kitchen/dining room, perfect for whipping up a good breakfast before heading out to explore the surrounding area. Next to the kitchen is the living area, with Smart TV and plenty of seating. On the ground floor is the family bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed, there is also a snug with smart TV and double sofa bed, perfect as a separate relaxing space for guests or to keep the children occupied.
On the first floor are two further bedrooms, comprising a double bedroom and super kingsize bedroom with zip and link beds which can be reduced to make a twin bedroom. There is also a separate toilet on this floor. Outside, there is a rear enclosed garden accessed through sliding doors from the sitting room, where there is a small patio area with seating as well as a lawned area.
